In this role, you will draft and review purchase orders, service agreements, vendor contracts, modifications, and amendments. You’ll develop clear, consistent contract language covering scope, performance, pricing, and terms, while coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with departmental protocols. Additional responsibilities include maintaining documentation libraries and managing special writing projects. Ideal candidates will have strong writing, editing, organizational, and project management skills, along with at least 3 years of experience in business or technical writing and a working knowledge of procurement processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Technical Writing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 3 years of writing experience in a business or technical environment Familiarity with procurement documentation and processes
