This position will work closely with the COO and CLO on the implementation of initiatives that maintain, improve and expand firm resources to help our legal teams do an amazing job for the clients. What we need from you:
4-years’ experience in office operations. Above average communication and collaboration skills. Ability to look at a glass half-full and a desire to fill the other half. Strong work ethic and self-motivation. Not afraid to think outside the box. Computer Savvy, and comprehension learning new database systems. Interpersonal skills with all team members of the firm, at every level.
Some Primary Responsibilities:
Manage, monitor and improve case management functionality across the firm. Oversee copier equipment and service needs. Ensure functionality of integration between equipment and databases. Manage outside service vendors. Point of contact with off-site Managed Service Provider. Managing and negotiating office equipment contracts. Collaboration with COO and CLO on development and implementation of workflows that improve efficiency and productivity.
