We are seeking a driven and detail oriented individual to join our team as a Corporate Contracts Analyst. The Contracts Analyst will participate and lead in the execution, control and measurement of the contracts administration process to meet and exceed company expectations. They will process requests for proposals from customers, prepare sales histories, consolidate marketing materials, analyze sales data for research needs, create and maintain up to date contract pricing and membership, and distribute said pricing to company representatives and distributors, etc. They will also assist in the on-going customization and/or creation of new procedures to provide improved internal and external customer support and service. Duties may change as deemed appropriate.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Create and analyze numerical sales data, request for proposals along with various special sales projects based on data retrieved from information systems in accordance with company policies and procedures. Requires knowledge of Excel, Word (Microsoft), PowerPoint Presentations, etc. Requires an acute attention to detail Provide input on the development and implementation of departmental processes and procedures Create reports to be distributed to company representatives, outside distributors and other essential contacts. This includes new pricing for awarded contracts, pricing addendums, expiration reports, extended contracts, and special projects for programs Contract reporting and interfacing with other departments to gather information to complete assignments Special projects and requests and perform other duties as assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; particularly
Microsoft Excel, SQL and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications:
Past experience in a corporate environment and previous experience in Business Planning, Data Analysis or Pricing preferred Acute attention to detail required Strong analytical skills and problem solving and decision-making abilities; including the ability to identify trends and problems
Other Attributes:
Highly motivated, high level of initiative, team player, customer service focused attitude, and the ability to lead and motivate others Possess the ability to interpret a request document (RFP, RFI) and translate into a cohesive and comprehensive response outline Possess a basic understanding of Business Law and have the ability to interpret contract documents into lay terms 0-20% travel This position is not eligible for employer based sponsorship. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill level. The salary range is CONMED’s good faith belief at the time of this posting.
