In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the forefront of negotiating and managing contracts with payors, ensuring we deliver the best possible healthcare value to our patients.

Care:
Negotiating and implementing managed care agreements that prioritize patient access and high quality care
Optimizing Contract Performance:
Analyzing payor data to identify opportunities for financial and operational improvements
Building Strong Partnerships:
Serving as a key liaison between Northside and payors, fostering collaborative relationships that benefit our patients
Ensuring Operational Excellence:
Streamlining contract processes and collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless patient care and revenue cycle efficiency
Empowering Physicians:
Providing support and resources to physician offices, helping them navigate insurance complexities and expand patient access
What You’ll Do:
Manage hospital/payor negotiations, focusing on contractual relationships for all Northside entities Manage hospital/payor negotiations for participation in Value Base Care programs Analyze payor performance data Review and interpret contract language to mitigate financial and operational risks. Serve as a key contact for internal departments, ensuring efficient information dissemination Prepare and analyze data to capitalize on emerging services and cost trends Why Northside? Commitment to

REQUIRED
1. Bachelors Degree or five year equivalent provider negotiation and managed care experience 2. Strong understanding of hospital reimbursement methodologies 3. Experience with contract modeling software 4. 3 years of Managed Care or Hospital Financial experience 5. Ability to work independently 6. Strong management and leadership skills 7. Strong analytical skills 8. Excellent organizational skills 9. Excellent communication skills 10. Strong working knowledge of computer spreadsheet programs 11. Excellent project management skills
PREFERRED
1. McKesson/HBOC Trendstar CPA and CCA modules 2.
MBA or Other Masters Equivalent Work Hours:
8AM – 5PM
