Contracts Administrator Position Available In Fulton, Georgia

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Contracts Administrator in Alpharetta, Georgia. This role is primarily focused on supporting our legal team with post-acquisition due diligence work, including the transition of about 130 customer contracts onto our template. This role is more administrative in nature, and may involve customer interaction and data extraction.

Responsibilities:

• Perform due diligence work associated with a recent acquisition
• Transition customer contracts onto our standard template
• Manage approximately 130 contracts on the customer side
• Perform data extraction as necessary
• Interact with customers as needed
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
• Monitor and maintain accurate customer credit records
• Process customer credit applications as needed
• Utilize provided technology to complete tasks and projects. Requirements
• Possession of strong due diligence skills to evaluate and mitigate risks associated with contracts.
• Proficiency in contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
• Proficiency in data extraction to assist in contract analysis and decision-making.
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of contract law and legal requirements.
• Ability to interpret and implement contract terms and conditions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate contract details with various stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
• Attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of contract details and documents.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using contract management software and related IT tools.
