- Proposal Graphics Specialist
- to join our Southeast Proposal/Pursuits team!
The right candidate should be located in the greater Atlanta area, with the ability to come into our Atlanta (Battery) office. The position, as it relates to Atlas Technical Consultants, reports directly to the Southeast Pursuits Director. The candidate will be responsible for supporting Proposal Managers, Capture Managers, as well as Client Services Managers (dedicated business developers and seller/doers) for our proposal pursuits team.

Position Summary:
- The Graphics Specialist provides creative visual support for proposals, presentations, and pursuit marketing collateral. This role involves translating technical content into compelling graphics and visual layouts, ensuring all materials align with brand standards and effectively communicate key messages.
- Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- + Graphic Design for
Proposals and Presentations:
Creates visually compelling proposal layouts, infographics, organizational charts, and custom graphics that support pursuit efforts. Support the creation of interview presentations and leave-behind materials that clearly convey the team’s value proposition. Assist with final production tasks—including printing, binding, and packaging—to ensure compliance and timely delivery. +
Visual Storytelling:
Collaborates with proposal team, technical staff, and pursuit leadership to develop compelling visual narratives. Translates complex data and content into clean, intuitive graphics that enhance understanding and persuasion. +
Brand Alignment and Quality Control:
Ensures consistency with company branding guidelines across all visual materials. Conducts final reviews to confirm accuracy, alignment with messaging, and visual goals. +
Asset Management:
Maintains and refines proposal packages, presentations, and general qualification overviews. Assists in the company’s pursuit closeout procedures – organizing and managing a library of visual assets and commonly used graphics for reuse and adaptation. +
Collaboration and Communication:
Participates in strategy meetings and team reviews. Works closely with pursuit leads and proposal staff to ensure visuals align with messaging and client needs.
- Minimum requirements:
- + Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
+ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably within the AEC industry. + Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat). + Strong work product demonstrating layout design, infographics, and visual storytelling. + Consistent desire to learn new skills and receive constructive feedback. + Attention to detail and ability to follow brand standards. + Great time management and organizational skills.

Preferred:
- + Experience working on proposals, presentations, or other pursuit deliverables in the AEC or professional services industries.
+ Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word. + Understanding of proposal processes and procurement terminology. + Works well with minimal supervision, displays initiative and ownership of assignments, independent thinking, and teamwork. + Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
