Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of professional job related experience in a human services field; or two (2) years of experience at the lower level Social Svcs Prgm Mgr 1 (SSP020) or position equivalent.
Preferred Qualification:
Preference will be given to applicants who, in addition to meeting the minimum qualifications, possess one or more of the following: Experience in interview skills Knowledge of HIV infectious disease Demonstrates use of computer systems. Microsoft proficient to include word and excel. Ability to tolerate walking prison facilities and standing for long periods. Effective interpersonal skills to include meeting and greeting new clients. Effective verbal communication, transmitting effective instruction, guidance and procedure to clients.
Note:
This position requires employees to spend 75 percent of their work time in travel status, with occasional overnight travel.
