Our family owned and operated company is seeking a Contracts Specialist to join our team in Prairieville, LA. Job Responsibilities Read and review/revise/mark-up all contracts for the company according to company standards. Set up new projects and customers in the enterprise system File documents electronically and complete special projects as needed. Provide administrative support to CFO and accounting department when necessary. Contract intake, recording/logging and disbursing to the appropriate team member. Completion of pre-qualifications on new and existing customers Coordinating insurance, safety, and financial information Communicate with team members and customers to resolve differences in contract terms and conditions.
