Details on Position   Purpose of Job â?¢    Conduct theactivities and operations in the service entry function includingCross-Application Timesheets (CATS) by verifying Contractorinvoices against applicable commercial contracts.     KeyAccountabilities Creates timely service entries of invoices toensure on-time payment to Vendors in line with commercial paymentterms Monitors LKC Service Entry Email Mailbox/SAP Vendor InvoiceManagement (VIM) system daily and follows up with Service EntryTeam members to ensure completion of pending items Highlightscommercial discrepancies between invoices and applicable commercialcontracts to relevant procurement individuals Facilitates approvalof service entries by applicable End User/Stakeholders prior toservice entry creation Works collaboratively with Procurementindividuals to make changes to purchase orders for approved chargesInvestigate invoice discrepancies, attempt to resolve and/or sendinvoices to Accounts Payable for Obsoletion process  â?¢ Assistwith the process of contract employees in SAP HR System from hire,extending and termination to support the Cross-ApplicationTimesheets System (CATS) Research, analyze and resolve complexservice entries, Cross-Application Timesheets System (CATS), andvendor issues. Analyze and suggest changes to improve productivityand increase efficiency within the service entry business processesWork with key stakeholders to have Outline Agreements createdand/or updated for active contracts and ensure that Sasol isutilizing and leveraging contracted pricing  â?¢ Completes allwork in compliance with applicable Sasol policies, processes,procedures and work instructions   â?¢ Builds and maintainscollaborative and cohesive relationships with key internal andexternal business stakeholders to assist with billing compliance  â?¢ Works with key internal business stakeholders to assist withresolving Goods Receipts/Invoice Receipts (GR/IR) issues on aquarterly basis   â?¢ Conduct analysis as required       Â  Job Requirements   Formal Education â?¢ High School Diploma,or higher  â?¢  Bachelor’s Degree in a technical, business orrelated field preferred    Working Experience â?¢ High Schooldiploma or equivalent w/ 5 years of relevant working experience orBachelor’s degree in business or related field w/ 3 years relevantworking experience  â?¢ Experience in using computerizedinformation systems with knowledge of SAP and Vendor InvoiceManagement (VIM) system, preferred    Required Personal ⪻ofessional Skills â?¢ â?¢ Good problem resolution skills.
