The Subcontracts Coordinator I support Worley’s commitment to delivering sustainable change by providing essential assistance in the administration and coordination of subcontract agreements. This role focuses on ensuring smooth and efficient subcontract processes that contribute to project success and compliance with contract requirements. The Subcontracts Coordinator I work closely with procurement, project teams, and subcontractors to facilitate timely delivery of services and materials, aligning with Worley’s ambition to lead in sustainability and integrated project solutions. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation, review, and tracking of subcontract documents to support contract administration and project execution.
Coordinate subcontractor communications, ensuring clear and timely exchange of information related to project requirements, schedules, and contract obligations.
Monitor subcontractor performance and delivery status, escalating issues as necessary to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
Support the processing of subcontractor invoices by compiling necessary approvals and documentation to facilitate accurate and timely payments.
Maintain and update subcontract records and databases to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to resolve routine contractual and administrative issues.
Support the implementation of subcontract management procedures and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Assist in compiling reports and documentation related to subcontract activities for project and management review.
Qualifications / Skill
Set Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline; or equivalent relevant experience.
Some experience or familiarity with subcontract administration, contract coordination, or procurement processes, preferably within the energy, chemicals, or resources sectors.
Basic understanding of contract principles and subcontract management practices.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Effective communication skills, able to engage professionally with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Proficient in common office software and comfortable learning procurement or contract management systems.
Ability to work under supervision and take initiative to support team goals in a dynamic environment.
