General Description:
Assist Account Management Team in the service and retention of clients.
Responsibilities:
Assist Account Managers with Policy Renewal and Open Enrollment process Help prepare Request for Proposal (RFP) by obtaining census data from clients and gathering general client information from carriers/administrators Aid development of Policy Renewal Analysis with proposal review and data entry Request contract changes and/or plan amendments from carriers/administrators as needed Contribute to creation of employee Benefit Guides and Open Enrollment Materials for employee educational meetings Review employee Benefit Summary drafts for clients including policy changes and clarifications Assist Account Managers with day-to-day operations Process employee coverage additions, changes and terminations in carrier/administrator online portals Fulfill requests for supplies from clients Track receipt of ID cards, booklets, and contracts Verify accuracy of client plan documents Provide general administrative support for the team Develop client/carrier/administrator contact sheets Maintain accurate client and team information in agency management system Maintain client documents in shared drive Ensure accurate and timely response to all outstanding issues Respond to requests from all partners by stated timeframes Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Comfortable with internet-based programs and Microsoft Office products.
