Competitive compensation package Annual bonus program tied to company and individual performance No cost medical plan option available Paid training programs Career growth opportunities and tuition reimbursement Safety-focused culture What you’ll do: Located in Pearland, Tx or New Iberia, LA, you will Log, track, report, and resolve warranty claims, including collection of funds or replacement parts Support root cause analysis by reviewing failed components and escalating concerns Communicate and negotiate with vendors to resolve claims, including cases beyond standard warranty coverage Develop, refine, and document warranty procedures to align with internal and vendor standards Use tools like Movex, ABI, SharePoint, and ARC to manage data, track metrics, and maintain coverage info Work with techs, operations, purchasing, and capital projects teams to stay current on coverage, campaigns, and new product warranties You’ll have the following skills and experience: Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, related field, or equivalent practical experience Prior experience managing warranty claims or working with technical products (e.g., equipment, machinery, or fleet parts) preferred Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical systems and ability to support failure analysis Comfortable using ERP and data tools (e.g., MOVEX, ABI, SharePoint) to manage claims and performance metrics Strong organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills to negotiate and coordinate with vendors, technicians, and internal teams Find out more and apply now.
