Program Manager – Visitor Center Support (Secret Clearance)

New Orleans, LA 70114 Nurse Salute LLC is seeking a highly organized and experienced Program Manager with an active Secret Clearance to oversee contract performance at the Marine Forces Reserve Visitor Center. The Program Manager will ensure contract compliance, manage a team, and liaise with the Government Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).

PM Responsibilities:
Manage contract execution, staffing, and compliance Oversee Visitor Center operations and Security Management support Maintain and update the Project Management Plan (PMP) Prepare and submit monthly status reports and deliverables Serve as primary point of contact for Government stakeholders Ensure compliance with DoD security policies and installation access requirements Lead internal quality assurance reviews
Qualifications:
Active Secret Clearance required Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or related field 5+ years of experience managing federal contracts Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills Familiarity with DISS, EPACS, and government visitor control systems preferred
