Dyne Therapeutics is discovering and advancinginnovative life-transforming therapeutics for people living withgenetically driven neuromuscular diseases. Leveraging themodularity of its FORCE™ platform, Dyne is developing targetedtherapeutics that deliver to muscle and the central nervous system(CNS). Dyne has a broad pipeline for neuromuscular diseases,including clinical programs for myotonic dystrophy type 1 (DM1) andDuchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) and preclinical programs forfacioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD) and Pompe disease.

Role Summary:

The Contracts Manager is responsible for managing awide range of contract negotiations and agreements to support DyneTherapeutics’ business operations and collaborations. This rolefocuses on drafting and negotiating service agreements, clinicaltrial agreements, consulting agreements, pharmacy benefit manageragreements, license agreements, confidential disclosure agreements.

Additionally, the Contracts Manager handles other commercial phaseagreements and mitigates risk. The person in this role will be ableto manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in anenvironment with multiple stakeholders. This role is based inWaltham, MA without the possibility of being a remote role.

PrimaryResponsibilities Include:

Drafts, reviews, and negotiates a widerange of contracts Ensure contracts align with company policies,legal standards, and business objectives Assist with themaintenance of a centralized contract repository; ensuring allcontracts are properly filed, tracked, and accessible; monitoringcontract deadlines and renewals; and assisting with the contractsexecution process Identify and mitigate potential risks in contractterms and conditions in partnership with Contracts leadership Workclosely with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Finance, IT,Clinical Operations, Commercial, and Medical Affairs) to understandtheir contract needs and provide support Assist in developing andupdating contract templates, policies, and procedures to improveefficiency and reduce risk Assist in training and educatingemployees on contract-related processes and best practices Asneeded, prepare reports on contract status and key metric

Educationand Skills Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Law, BusinessAdministration, or a related field preferred Paralegalcertification or equivalent experience may be considered. Minimumof 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in thebiotechnology or pharmaceutical setting Experience with CongaContracts preferred Proven experience drafting, reviewing, andnegotiating complex contracts Strong understanding of contract lawand legal terminology Excellent negotiation, communication, andinterpersonal skills High attention to detail and organizationalskills Proficiency in contract management software and MicrosoftOffice Suite. Ability to work with minimal supervision and managemultiple priorities in a fast-paced environment CertifiedCommercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or equivalent certification isstrongly preferred.
