This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 2-3 days minimum per week in the office. The Analyst, Distributor & Investor Fee Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day work involving all aspects of payment related expenses for investors and third-party relationships where a Distributor Agreement is in place. This Analyst will review legal agreements to identify servicing requirements, log, track, monitor, validate, calculate and work with cross functional teams and third parties to ensure payments are being processed accurately and on-time. They will be responsible for compiling fee payment data to identify themes and determine trends, validate that the invoices received by HVP are for payment of adequate services, ensure payments are aligned with executed agreements, and ongoing monitoring of HVP and third-party policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is someone who: Possesses strong acumen for understanding current state model and attention to detail while appreciating the big picture Entrepreneurial and collaborates with others in building a strategic operating model to support growth of the business Brings a perspective on financial and operational risks with the ability to identify areas of opportunity and partner with key stakeholders to implement short- and long-term solutions Demonstrates a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and collaborative spirit, approaching challenges with optimism and focus on finding solutions Great understanding of exceptional customer service and what it means to service our clients, our people and our firm What you will do: Process and review payment invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper authentication before payment. Work with our Transfer Agent to ensure payments are being tracked and calculated correctly. Collaborate with cross functional teams to provide communication across multiple aspects of the payment lifecycle. Review legal agreements to determine fee payments and responsible for the end-to-end oversight throughout the payment lifecycle (Track, monitor, review, validate, confirm, process and communicate payment information). Disseminate reports related to fund information, regulatory requirements and or client information (as needed). Calculate various distributor/investor fees and coordinate payment. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and migrate information to a technology platform. Document and update procedures to ensure adherence to relevant regulatory regulations and industry standards. Adress inquiries and resolving issues related to payment processing. Analyze data to identify trends, themes, and create reporting for all levels of management.
