Our client is currently seeking a Contract Content Manager – Digital Optimization for a 4 month + contract with possible extensions and/or conversion. Hours of the Shift (8-4: 9-5)

Contract Content Manager Position Overview:

We’re seeking a part-/me contract Content Manager (30 hours/week) specializing in digital optimization to develop and optimize our digital content across multiple platforms. This role will be instrumental in accelerating our digital presence, improving content performance, and maintaining content excellence across all various channels.

Contract Details:

30 hours per week 4-month initial contract with possibility of extension Remote work flexibility

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Content Development & Management:

Develop engaging multimedia content for various digital platforms in collaboration with content and creative team Contribute to content calendar and ensure delivery of all digital assets Maintain brand consistency across digital channels

YouTube Management:

Optimize YouTube channel performance through strategic alignment with content and creative team Create and implement YouTube strategies Analyze YouTube Analytics to drive content recommendations Write compelling descriptions to drive AEO and engagement Manage video content organization and playlisting

Website Content Collaboration:

Create and optimize web content in alignment with digital team + web strategy Ensure content meets web accessibility standards Maintain content governance and quality standards

Social Media Collaboration:

Partner with teams to create engaging social content Partner with internal organic and paid social media teams for optimization across platforms

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 3+ years of experience in digital content management Proven experience with YouTube channel management and optimization Strong analytical skills and experience with digital analytics tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills General understanding of

AI Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with video production and editing Google Analytics certification Experience with

Adobe Creative Suite Skills & Competencies:

Contractor Requirements:

Ability to attend virtual meetings during core business hours Strong internet connection for remote work Ability to submit invoices weekly

Schedule Flexibility:
