MaineHealth is seeking a Contract Analyst to support non-clinical sourcing across departments like IT, Facilities, HR, and Finance. In this hybrid role, you’ll partner with internal teams to lead strategic sourcing initiatives, manage contracts, and deliver cost-saving solutions that strengthen operations across our health system.
We’re looking for a sharp, solutions-focused professional who knows how to turn procurement into a strategic advantage. You bring hands-on experience sourcing in areas like IT, Facilities, HR, Finance, or MRO-and you’re confident navigating complex vendor negotiations with ease. You’re fluent in tools like Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Co-Pilot AI, and you know how to use them to drive clarity and results. Most importantly, you’re a natural collaborator with strong analytical skills, a knack for communication, and the drive to make every contract count in support of MaineHealth’s mission.
What You’ll Do:
Lead sourcing and contracting for goods and services in non-clinical areas
Collaborate with stakeholders using our Value Analysis process to identify savings
Develop vendor relationships and negotiate agreements
Support departments including IT, Facilities, HR, Finance, and MRO
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant business experience preferred.
License/Certifications:
Professional certification (CMRP, CPM or CPCM) preferred.
Experience:
Four years of experience in purchasing, contracting, negotiating and/or sourcing required. Credit towards experience may be given for candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management. Healthcare experience preferred.
