Contract Leaves of Absence Specialist
Location:
Remote Our client in the insurance space is looking to hire a Contract Leaves of Absence (LOA) Specialist for 3-6 months to help with an uptick in leave requests. As a member of the larger benefits team, this role will be responsible for:
Administering LOA requests and related reporting
Serving as a primary resource to employees, HR team members, managers, and vendors on all leave policies and procedures
Collaborating with the Payroll team on leave and disability benefit payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Strong attention to detail
Assisting with Benefits Administration requests as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
2+ years of LOA experience
In-depth knowledge of federal and state leave of absence laws (FMLA, ADA, PWFA, etc.)
