WHAT’S YOUR IMPACT AS AN ANALYST – LEASE ADMINISTRATION?
This role requires sharp attention to detail, a proactive spirit, and efficient time management skills. Here’s a closer look at the responsibilities:
Operating Cost & Tax Adjustments:
Review and analyze cost adjustments files and process rental payment increases Review and analyze Real Estate Tax adjustments and gather missing information Maintain ongoing contact with lessors, tax authorities, realty specialists, legal counsel, managers, and more
File Maintenance:
Scan documents into the GREX program Review, verify, and adjust lease data and amendments Participate in data clean-up efforts Provide quality control and corrections
Step Rents Administration:
Run step rent reports and review leases and lease amendments for pertinent information Follow the lease amendment instructions to determine Annual Rental Confirmif the step rent is finalized and ensure Occupancy Agreement is billed properly Obtain permission for implementing step rents
Change of Ownership:
Process change of ownership requests Obtain required documentation and approvals
WHAT’S REQUIRED?
Associate degree or equivalent experience 6+ years of work experience in finance, law, administrative, contract administration, research and analysis, commercial real estate and leasing, or a related field Computer proficiency and experience with Google Workspace Ability to research, identify, and correct lease administration errors Ability to learn and adapt to new business and operations programs Ability to work with a team and adapt to changing processes Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects Ability to work onsite 2 days per week Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Organizational skills and attention to detail US citizenship Bachelors degree preferred
Security Credential Requirement:
This role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a HSPD-12 credential (a federal security identification). While a current HSPD-12 credential is preferred, it is not required to apply . Candidates must be eligible to go through the federal credentialing process upon hire.
