Job Description:

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Contract Administrator to join our Commercial Contracts & Offers Department based in Grand Prairie, TX or Columbus, MS.In this role, you will be responsible for terms and conditions review and analysis, contract drafting, support bargaining agreements, initiating estimate requests, review and input to the Cost of Sales Analysis (CSA) and support final preparation of binding Purchase Agreements.

Your Challenges:
Support Contract Management:

40%Support the Manager, Contract Administration with:

Preparation of contractual documents including Purchase Agreements (PA), Contract Amendments, Memorandums of Agreement (MOA), Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), etc.

Ensuring any changes to requirements, scope or schedule are addressed with Program Management and the customer and detailed appropriately through contract amendmentsPer the direction of

Manager, Contract Administration:

Launch Quote request per approved sales checklistFollow up on status of pricing on released quote requestReview approved CSA for accuracyProcess quote revisions to ensure CSA matches terms outlined in PA (in case of approved deviations)Support the contracts department with keeping the contracts dashboard current, and assist with reporting

Support Contract Negotiations:

30%Support Initial review and mark-up of terms and conditionsSummaries and articulate terms and conditions deviationsCoordinate inputs from cross functiona team to support terms and conditions

Other Responsibilities:

30%Review offer/proposal submission for accuracy and adherence to approved CSA prior to releaseSupport contracts team with uploading and maintaining currency of contract documents on SalesforceSupport with Import & export aircraft with the Federal Aviation AdministrationSupport and register aircraft on the International RegistrySupport strategic process improvement projects assigned to the contracts departmentOther duties and special projects as assigned

Your Boarding Pass:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/universityA minimum of two (2) years of related experience in contract administration or contract negotiations or legal negotiationsKnowledge of, and experience with, commercial contracting requirementsCapable of balancing multiple tasks with potentially overlapping prioritiesStrong analytical skillsExcellent interpersonal abilities, dynamic and highly team-orientedAbility to think strategically and independentlyAbility to perform through pressure and in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAbility to work well with customer and cross functional team membersExcellent written and verbal communicationExcellent interpersonal abilitiesAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Adobe Acrobat, Excel and PowerPoint.

able to carry documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs. Daily.

Lifting:

able to push and pull small office furniture and some equipment and tools. Rarely required.
