Contracts Administrator Job Description We are seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to join our Contracts department and support our operations, engineering, construction, and land acquisition teams. This role involves supporting Project Managers throughout the organization on projects ranging from 50M+. Experience within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Energy sectors are beneficial Responsibilities + Collaborate with Project Managers to support project delivery and execution. + Utilize MS Office to prepare documents efficiently and effectively for project management. + Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure first-time quality. + Lead transactions and communication with Project Managers to meet project needs. + Assist with project management responsibilities at various levels. + Manage and balance anywhere from 75 documents per project. + Drive deadlines and scheduling urgency, including internal deadline tracking. + Understand the nuances of closing deals and collaborating with others in an EPC environment. Essential Skills + Project coordination and contract administration. + Document control and contracts management. + Proficiency in project administration and management. + Data entry and procurement. + Strong administrative support and communication skills. + Expertise in Microsoft Excel and change order management. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 3+ years of relevant experience. + Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Work Environment The role requires working out of the Durham, NC or Chapel Hill, NC office. This position offers a great opportunity for exposure to regional projects within the energy sector. The work environment is dynamic, involving hands-on project management and administrative support. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 – $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
