Contracts Manager Jobinclude:

Reviewing and structuring non-standard Statements of Work(SOW) for professional services deals/offerings within theboundaries of Company’s legal and commercial policies. Overall responsibility of the role will be to workclosely with the Advanced Services Delivery Teams, Services SalesTeams, Corporate Revenue Teams, Corporate Legal Teams andCommercial Finance Teams to provide legal and commercial assurancewith respect to SOW-based services to be provided tocustomers. Through strong leadership, business partnering,communication and influencing skills the candidate will be able tobuild trust and confidence within the business. Responsible for ensuring the successful and efficientprocess of Services deals review and approval. Advise and assist the Sales teams during SOW/dealnegotiation with Customers. Advise and assist the Sales teams during SOW/dealnegotiation with Subcontractors. Determine appropriate actions and solutions for the morecomplex legal and business issues related to the servicesoffered. Adjust actions and decisions for focus on criticalissues. Bring perspectives and approaches together, combining themin new and creative ways. Minimum requirements and experience for this jobare: Typically requires BS/BA degree or equivalent with 5-8years broad commercial and corporate experience Legal qualification an advantage Pre-Signature Contracts Management experience anadvantage Bid Management experience an advantage Ability to review contracts within legal databases andhave the ability to understand/interpret contract language toensure the legal terms cover the services ordered and applybusiness policies and process as required. Commercial and financial knowledge anadvantage. Experience in commercial negotiation with customersand/or subcontractors. Ability to translate commercial/legal scenarios intosimple language, business issues professionally. Must have a highly commercial approach and be able tothrive in a fast paced sales-oriented environment. Excellent written and verbal skills in English,negotiation and persuasion skills, including the ability to weighand articulate the risk and benefit of various scenarios andpropose effective resolutions and make timely and sounddecisions. Ability to work successfully with various levels (mid tosenior management) across geographies. The individual will have theability to operate well in a cross-functional team setting, andfoster strong relationships with the sales teams, support teammembers, suppliers, partners or customers. Competent in drafting complex clauses and contracts andassisting and advising legal in drafting wording affectingservices. Good knowledge of telecommunicationsindustry. Ability to manage a high volume workload. Ability and willingness to take independent decisions andactions and be an instrument of change.
