This position is responsible for database entry of all new service contracts, administering service contract renewals and maintaining accurate data in the service database.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Ensures that service contract bookings are completed within standard deadlines Accurately enters data for new service contracts bookings within standard deadlines Serves customers by answering inquiries and responding to special requests Maintain training on Service Contract Coordinator duties Processes all executed renewals in service software system, including obtaining updated purchase orders as required Investigates and documents reasons for all contract cancellations Maintains electronic document control of all newly booked contracts, as well as for contract renewals Handles customer requests as needed (corrections in system, providing copies of contracts and renewal documents, etc.) Researches anomalies in contract data results and conveys information to proper contacts as needed Ensures customer and account integrity by verifying information is correct and inputting data information in accordance with software screen format Serves as a backup to provide analysis to Area Service Managers and Strategic Account Managers in regards to current service contract profitability and compliance Serves as a backup for processing all cost analysis and contract review forms for contract review meetings and provides to Sales personnel, including but not limited to the current financial state of service contract (current gross margin and estimated resulting gross margin) and scope recap Serves as a backup for attending service contract review meetings on a monthly basis and additional meetings as needed; documents all notes conveyed in review meetings and maintains information in sales platform Assists accounts receivable in collection efforts as needed Maintains service maintenance email box, service contract email box and personal email box with timely responses Flexibility to take on additional duties in order to meet the department goals and/or overtime, as required Performs other duties as assigned

COMPUTER SKILLS
: MS Office Suite, general familiarity with computer systems, and ability to learn software applications as required.
