Contract Manager Position Available In Mecklenburg, North Carolina

This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026. The Contract Manager, Integrated Supply Chain (“ISC”) will be part of the Legal Group of Solstice Advanced Materials. You will be working closely with the General Counsel, ISC to manage all SAM ISC matters. You will also be working closely with other senior leaders of the ISC and Legal Groups to anticipate and mitigate potential legal and compliance problems within the organization and develop strategies to avoid costly litigation and reduce potential areas of risk.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Provide negotiation, drafting, compliance and dispute-resolution support for SAM ISC organization that includes Manufacturing, Engineering, Planning & Logistics, HSE, Quality, Sourcing and Procurement + Drive continuous improvement on contract processes, templates and playbooks + Support SAM Compliance efforts/initiatives and streamline processes, procedures, and interactions with the Corporate Compliance COE. + Perform due diligence + Support litigation counsel on due diligence to settle potential legal issues + Coordinate with outside legal counsel on projects + Be a change agent

YOU MUST HAVE

+ Minimum of 6+ years of experience in contract management and negotiations + Experience with contract management tools + Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Legal Compliance experience
