Description Customer Administrator Are you an energetic and positive self-starter? We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Administrator to support the operations of a fast-paced sales office. In this role, you will manage customer interactions throughout the entire order process-from specification and pricing to invoicing. You will also collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Additionally, you will assist the Market President in maintaining a productive and efficient office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accuracy in determining contracts, pricing quotes, and processing orders.
Handle order acknowledgments, vendor purchase orders, payment reconciliation, and client invoicing.
Manage compliance with local and national contracts, from quotations to customer invoicing.
Maintain accurate and organized records for all order and project files.
Proactively address and resolve issues that arise to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in customer service or direct customer-facing roles.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes.
Proficient in working with integrated computer systems, especially within the Microsoft Windows environment.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software technologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to remain dependable and demonstrate excellent time management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation, listening, empathy, conflict resolution, and clarification.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines.
