Regulatory and Proposal Analyst Segra life insurance, vision insurance, parental leave, paid holidays, 401(k) United States, North Carolina, Charlotte Jun 18, 2025 Segra is searching for a dynamic and experienced Regulatory and Proposal Analyst to live in our Kansas City, MO or Charlotte, NC market.
Role Overview:
The Regulatory and Proposal Analyst is responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of competitive bidding opportunities and ensuring regulatory compliance across applicable programs. This hybrid role involves screening and evaluating RFP opportunities, coordinating internal value assessments, drafting and submitting proposal materials, and tracking key data and deadlines. The incumbent will collaborate across departments to develop strong, compliant submissions while adhering to funding guidelines and internal policies. In addition, this role includes coordination and monitoring of various regulatory requirements to support organizational compliance and minimize risk.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor’s Degree Business, Communications, Accounting, or Legal Studies preferred.
Experience:
3+ years of relevant experience related to RFP review and analysis
3+ years of relevant experience related to proposal drafting and management
2+ years in a legal or regualtory setting preferred
Key Competencies:
Proven ability to deliver compliant, professionally produced proposals within assigned timeframes
Experience or knowledge of reading and interpreting contracts and contractual clauses
Energetic, highly driven, passionate, detail-oriented
Strong project management, organization, time management, and multitasking skills
Data tracking and analysis experience
Excellent relationship building and influencing skills
Works effectively within a team
Excellent written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills
Self-motivated and able to work both independently to complete tasks and collaboratively with others
Excellent planning skills and ability to effectively manage priorities for self and team to meet business requirements and deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Ability to identify key contacts for follow up; excellent ability to communicate project and status updates
Strong computer skills including Adobe and Microsoft Office suite
