In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Business Execution. Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Business Execution. Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Provide information to client personnel in Business Execution.

Responsibilities:

Provide low- level technology support to employees. Manage incoming emails and phone calls.

Qualifications:

Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Previous call center experience with high level of first call resolutions. Customer Service orientated. Microsoft Office experience. Proficient PC skills. Broad Technical exposure. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Experience with technical support level 1 or 2 (preferred) Must be able to work 5 days a week onsite within the CIC building.
