Contracts Administrator Position Available In Pitt, North Carolina

Description We are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Greenville, North Carolina. This role focuses on supporting the design, development, and implementation of contract management tools while ensuring seamless review and administration of contracts. The position is ideal for professionals with a background in contract administration and experience in integrating software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with legal teams to support the implementation and integration of contract management software.
• Assist in configuring and optimizing tools to align with organizational requirements.
• Review contracts to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving contract administration processes.
• Train and support team members on new software functionalities and workflows.
• Ensure that contract-related data is accurately entered and managed within the system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to contract management tools.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency.
• Maintain detailed records of contract activities and updates.
• Stay informed about best practices and industry trends in contract management. Requirements
• Proven experience in contract administration, preferably in a manufacturing or similar industry.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and contract management software.
• Strong understanding of legal and compliance requirements related to contracts.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in software implementation or legal operations is a plus.
