The Document Specialist will compile Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) packages for our Defense customers for in-process and completed products to maintain quality and reliability of the system. Principal Activities Establish standard work to compile Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) packages in a timely manner ensuring completeness and compliance with customer requirements. Ensure that all documents are properly classified, filed, and stored in accordance with company policies and procedures. Work with internal teams to establish standard work and obtain missing documentation/information. Communicate with suppliers to obtain documentation as required Lead tasks/projects related to updates/changes that impact documents. Work with IT to determine requirements for potential automation of manual processes. Conduct administrative, quality and/or other tasks as assigned to meet organizational needs. Knowledge Skills & Abilities Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams Ability to work in and extract data from ERP systems. Ability to prioritize and manage time well while juggling multiple tasks, also effectively tracking a variety of updates and deadlines Must have exceptional interpersonal communication and writing skills, with comfortability in interactions with all company levels and function Strong organizational of and project management skills, and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders Attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills Ability to work safely in the office environment and manufacturing environment.
