Hybrid (In-office 40% of the time) Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contracts Coordinator to join our dynamic pharmaceutical team in Research Triangle Park (RTP). In this role, you will support the contracts and procurement team with Purchase Orders (POs), administrative tasks, and general contract management. This position requires a proactive, collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively balance in-office and remote work responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities Contract Management:
Assist in preparing, reviewing, and processing contracts and amendments. Track contract lifecycle milestones to ensure timely renewals or closures. Purchase Orders (POs): Process and track purchase orders in accordance with company policies. Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate records of contracts and POs in the internal systems. Generate reports and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Communication and Coordination:
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors. Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and other project-related activities as needed.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree 2+ years of experience in a contracts, procurement, or administrative support role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry or CRO.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with contract management or procurement software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Other Requirements:
Must be able to commute to the RTP office 40% of the time. #IND
