VIE) achieved consolidated revenueof 42.885 billion euros in 2022. www.veolia.com Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for reviewing and coordinatingresponses to bidding documents, customer purchase orders, andnegotiating commercial terms consistent with our company’s standardterms of sales and purchase, with the support of the CorporateLegal Department and Kruger Senior Management. Responsibilities forthis position will include (but not be limited to): Reviews bid andcontract documents, confidentiality agreements, purchase orders andother legal documents to identify commercial and legal issues.
Coordinates review of documents with Legal and Finance groups asrequired. Prepares summary of Comments and Clarifications forinclusion in bid responses. Negotiates commercial terms andconditions with customers and suppliers, both verbally and inwriting. Works with selling and purchasing personnel to facilitateup-front specifications of terms and conditions. Secures bid andperformance bond documents and certificates of insurance as needed.
Monitoring and obtaining bond releases at the end of the requiredperiod. Certificate of insurance updates and distributions. Assistand coordinate with legal and project management on collectionmatters with letters and payment bond claims. Ensures proper recordretention for all legal documents and agreements according toapplicable requirements.
Qualifications Qualifications:
