DescriptionGeneral Information:

This role is responsible for thereview of contracts and projects within a timely fashion to ensurethe business interests and risks are covered with contract terms aspart of the front-end Marketing & Sales function. AdministerContract performance for compliance with applicable laws, deliveryschedules, payment provisions, contract data reportingrequirements, and other contractual requirements in line with HAPGCorporate guidelines.

Your Responsibilities:

To work safely in an electrical manufacturing environment andinteract with all levels and functions of the organization (Sales,Engineering, Project Management, Finance, Legal, Operations) Review and negotiate terms and conditions of the contractincluding Master and Blanket Agreement Coordinate liaison between Sales, Project Management, Legal,Finance, and Operations Manage as part of negotiation Project milestones to ensuretimely execution of and risk mitigation of contracts Advise stakeholders of contractual obligations and risks;interpret and clarify customer specifications with respect to legalimplications Develop regular reports on the status of all contracts forsenior management Protect the organization’s value by keeping contractinformation confidential Support Sales as the primary customer interface on large,complex contracts, in support of developing and maintainingcustomer relationships Manage and lead execution of risk review processes as requiredfor the responsible area assigned. Support review of customer purchase orders to confirmcompliance with quoted pricing, delivery, and terms of sale, andensure that all required order elements are accurately processedprior to acceptance. Coordinate with internal and external legal advisors oncontract disputes and litigation Ability to interface with the customer and subcontractorsregarding all matters related to contracts and projects includingthose related to the review and process of changes Focus on people-driven success by leading and overseeing teamsof employees while motivating them to complete their job dutieseffectively Drive a process development and implementation focus on all HEBusiness Ops models-Integrated Transformer Management (ITM) Systemtheology Responsible for long-term agreement success and execution ofcross-vertical markets Live Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity,which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caringfor your colleagues and the business.

Your Background:

Master’s in Business Administration or related disciplinerequired 15 years relevant experience preferably in EPC and Developerpower systems and construction or capital equipment industry Experience managing a portfolio of complex contracts within thetechnology space (preferred) Experience working with a broad range of internal and externalstakeholders, including vendors and suppliers (preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills (required) Strong organizational skills Experience using Microsoft Office Productivity tools (Office365, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) (preferred) Experience creating document templates and workflows inindustry digital document approval platforms like DocuSign andAdobe Sign would be beneficial Some travel may be necessary (when required) Must be fluent in both writing and speaking in English Demonstrated customer focus with the ability to build effectiveworking relationships with all stakeholders Persuasive & result-oriented mindset Transformer Technology familiarity, Distribution & Power Knowledge about HAPG’s product portfolio is an advantage withwillingness to learn additional scope as required Candidate must already have work authorization that wouldpermit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States #J-18808-Ljbffr
