Our client is a leading financial institution seeking a detail-oriented Contract Operations Assistant to join our banking operations team. This role is critical in ensuring the accurate processing and management of banking contracts and related documentation.
Job Overview
As a Contract Operations Assistant, you will support our operations team in managing various banking contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate records. This position plays a key role in our organization’s operational efficiency and risk management.
Key Responsibilities Process and review banking contracts, agreements, and related documentation
Maintain contract databases and filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
Track contract deadlines, renewals, and key milestones
Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information and approvals
Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of contract data
Assist with contract amendments and updates as needed
Prepare regular reports on contract status and metrics
Support compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion Required Qualifications Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or related field
1-2 years of experience in banking operations, contract administration, or similar role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
Basic understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
$20-$22/hour M-F 9-5pm
