Contracts and Solutions Specialist: Volume Licensing Position Available In Cheshire, New Hampshire

The Volume Licensing Contracts and Solutions Specialist operates through a call center environment and call tracker system, acting as a support resource to all Sales affiliates. Primary duties include creating and submitting high-level customer-specific contracts for Connection’s Tier 1 vendors and managing the data generated by the customer agreement, along with all required purchasing activities. The specialist also provides account managers and other internal customers with volume licensing program guidance, information, and value-added solutions throughout the entire sales life cycle. Handles entry-level to complex purchasing activities based on the customer vendor contracts/agreements and program rules. Develops and presents documentation and data that meet sales and customer needs. Identifies process improvements and enhancements. Develops and maintains key vendor and Sales team relationships. Acts as an escalation resource for supported customers related to questions specific to licensing programs. Qualifications Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to create formulas, tables, and charts. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and can formulate and send professional emails. Advanced knowledge of CRM or ERP systems. Intermediate knowledge of databases in order to audit and update information. Proven experience with contractual volume licensing and an understanding of IT asset management. A routine problem solver in situations where problems have occurred before and solutions are familiar. Intermediate understanding of sales or product procurement operations with the ability to follow and improve processes within a vendor segment while maintaining set controls. Detail-oriented with item-by-item focus, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to proofread for accuracy. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Min USD $47,000.00/Yr. Max USD $59,000.00/Yr.
