Contract Administrator
Bedford, NH Temporary $29.00 – $34.00/hr Onsite Job Description We are partnering with a firm in Bedford, NH in search of a Contract Administrator for a temporary, hourly position. This is a hands-on role supporting the full contract lifecycle. If you have contract experience and are a team player! This is the role for you!

Temporary Start Date:
ASAP Key Responsibilities:

Manage proposals and contract processes: review terms, complete client forms, build pricing spreadsheets, upload to portals, and submit monthly reports.
Prepare agreements, including NDAs, teaming and subcontractor agreements, and amendments.
Proof, edit, and reword content for high-quality, compliant proposals.
Maintain records including correspondence, contract changes, and status reports.
Coordinate internal reviews and escalate complex terms when needed.
Set up clients and projects in Deltek Vantagepoint (or similar system).
Perform billing, month-end closing, and accounts receivable tasks.
Support communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in contract/project administration.
Experience with Deltek or other ERP systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
