Responsibilities:

Responsible for end-to-end contract workflow from Intake to Execution Review and validate contract request’ information and coordinate with Contract Requestor for missing information Submit contract requests into the CLM system (Coupa) Assemble contracts using available templates and appendices Provide first-line review of third-party redlines, with minimal supervision, in accordance with established negotiation parameters and attorney guidance. Collaborate with Procurement Category Managers, Line of Business and SME reviewing departments (e.g. Data Privacy, Safety, Quality, IT, etc.) during contract review Negotiate with counterparty to completion of contract Orchestrate contract approvals, execution, follow-ups throughout workflow Contract types include but not limited to MSAs, Short-term Agreements, SOWs, Amendments, License Agreements.
