  • About the role
  • Your responsibilities
  • + Handle deductions for numerous customer accounts; assist team members.

+ Collaborate with U.S. and Offshore team members. + Manage top RB customer portfolios for the U.S. and Canada. + Review and manage deduction balances; ensure proper documentation. + Identify solutions to reduce and prevent deductions. + Follow up with AR (OTC) and customers for additional documentation. + Partner with Sales, Logistics, and Customer Supply Services. + Review and reconcile data and related substantiation. + Monitor accounts for credits and unresolved items. + Recode trade deductions to non-trade. + Participate in Legal Entity split initiative for A/R and deductions. + Engage in High Radius calls for system enhancements and open items. + Exhibit strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills. + Provide excellent customer service to internal and external teams. + Demonstrate problem-solving and research skills. + Show high commitment and ownership. + Be an involved, energetic, and action-oriented professional.

  • The experience we’re looking for
  • + BS degree or equivalent.

+ Preferred experience with High Radius and SAP (OTC module). + Non-Trade Deductions experience. + Required experience with Order-to-Cash (OTC) teams. + Analytical and communication skills, including Excel proficiency. + Preferred background in Supply, Logistics, Customer Service, and/or Finance. + Ability to develop and execute best practices for non-trade deduction reporting. + Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. + Capable of managing multiple customer accounts and projects concurrently. + Highly motivated with a commitment to customer service and continuous improvement. + Team player. + Fast learner. + Importance of “outside the box” thinking. + Essential multi-tasking skills. + Confident and credible face-to-face interaction with management.

  • USD $78,000.00 – $116,000.00
  • US pay transparency
  • The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law.

In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
