In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing contracts to ensure compliance with legal standards and organizational policies. You will work closely with various departments to facilitate contract management and negotiation processes, contributing to strategic planning and proposal writing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of law, particularly in areas such as intellectual property law, and have experience with contract negotiation. Duties Review, analyze, and interpret contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and organizational policies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to negotiate terms and conditions of contracts effectively. Assist in the development of contract management systems to streamline processes. Provide guidance on contract-related issues, including pricing strategies and intellectual property considerations. Draft proposals and support strategic planning initiatives related to contract execution. Maintain accurate records of contracts and related documentation within Salesforce or similar systems. Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any discrepancies or issues that arise. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in contract management and negotiation is essential. Strong understanding of legal principles, particularly in intellectual property law. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for reviewing complex documents. Proficiency in proposal writing and strategic planning processes. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar contract management systems is a plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with various teams. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
