This position is designed to support construction estimating, project management, field personnel, and clients through various administrative tasks for all Isaac locations, and supporting the entire commercial department when necessary.

Responsibilities Coordinate with office and field staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Work with Project Managers to assist with specific reporting and paperwork Create and maintain project files within Service Titan Facilitate the entering of all labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and other job expenses in Service Titan Facilitate the commercial warranty process in Service Titan after direction from management Work with management on completing the required documents for AIA submittals, such as lien waivers, supplier affidavits, and any other required documents Generate invoices for AIA billings in Service Titan after the payment documents are approved Work with Project Managers to facilitate the preparation of submittals and closeout documentation Catalog all model and serial numbers for all equipment upon completion of projects Assist with accurate data entry to achieve accurate KPIs Log in to the purchasing queue daily and issue POs to field staff Assist commercial install department by generating and assigning leads, and processing small projects as needed for all Isaac locations Responsible for performing other responsibilities/duties as assigned by management Job qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required Associate degree in a related field; and/or 3 years of equivalent relatable experience required Experience working in HVAC and/or Construction industries preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office required Understanding of HVAC and Plumbing industry preferred Experience/familiarity with Service Titan preferred Competencies Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and recognize how to establish priorities Possess strong interpersonal skills with a professional attitude and demeanor Address, analyze, and respond effectively to any situation Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills Results-driven and customer-focused decision making Notary Certification is a plus The starting hourly base wage for this position is $24-28 per hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
