The System Administrator will oversee the business application system administration for Stream Holdings and its entities. The system administrator will be involved in operational system integrations and expansions, to ensure stability and system integrity is maintained. This individual will monitor the core business system reports to catch problems before they arise, be primary lead in business application support through our Help Desk and think of solutions to repeat support requests to improve efficiency. This person will work cross-functionally with our IT operations team and solutions teams to ensure synchronicity between business application systems, proprietary software and IT initiatives.
Essential Responsibilities:
First-level support and subject matter expert for help desk support requests, workflow enhancement related projects, and business data flow between applications. Technical Support on primary core business system support tickets, including but not limited to: Workfront, Adobe AEM/CC, 1Password, CORE Examples of what support will include: Report design and development New Templates, custom form updates, layouts, permission sets User support Working with Employee Experience Learning & Development to develop and maintain training materials. System storage size monitoring and maintenance Point of contact for Vendor support tickets Cross-functionally collaborative support work with Salesforce, NetSuite, O365 and more. New Client System Setup and Exiting Client Decommission Agency organizational management across systems, working with Employee Experience and IT. Maintenance of documentation for primary system ownership on the Wiki Responsible for data cleanliness and clear organization of all systems Naming conventions maintained and documented Deactivate/archive/delete old documents, templates, reports, views, etc. Remove and keep at a minimum our system technical debt Security – Follow all IT security processes and procedures documented in the company Information Security Policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
3-5+ years of advertising agency, technical support and/or customer support experience Project management, Adobe, Salesforce or other business application certifications. Understanding of the concepts of data, software, and network support
Required Skills:
Proficient and highly knowledgeable of operational/project management system structures. Experience using Office 365 – Outlook, Calendars, OneNote, Groups/SharePoint Workfront, Jira, Salesforce or NetSuite administration experience. Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills Meticulously detail oriented individual Strong organizational skills Strong writing skills to clearly communicate processes when writing out documentation.
