Full Job Description Contract Administrator Position Overview:
The Contract Administrator reports to AllSpire Health GPO VP & Executive Director and is responsible for managing the full contract life cycle for AllSpire Health

(AHGPO). The Contract Administrator will collaborate internally and externally to review, suggest edits and manage the contract process flow for AHGPO.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison between legal, sourcing teams and vendors for contract review, edit and execution. Build and maintain relationships with internal staff, legal and external stakeholders to collect requirements, provide support, develop contract templates and implement standards across AllSpire. Researching regulations to ensure contracts are updated and in compliance with laws and regulations. Manage the intake and uploading of contracts and related documents into AllSpire’s contract management system. Reviews, edits and redlines NDAs, SOWs and other contract documents utilizing AllSpire’s forms and templates. Communicate with internal stakeholders and external counsel on contract terms, reviews and edits. Analyze vendor request for deviations from contract draft. Ensure compliance with established AllSpire contract review policies and procedures. Resolve contract issues related to pricing, quality, timing, terms, etc. in partnership with appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner. Develop, maintain and support operational procedures for the full contract lifecycle, from request, negotiation, execution, amendments and documentation of legal and contractual terms.
Skills, Knowledge, & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of 10 years directly applicable contracts experience. Proficiency in Microsoft products including Outlook, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. In-depth knowledge of purchasing regulations, contract documents and legal specifications. Contract management system experience, Jaggaer experience preferred. Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) experience preferred.
