Our client, a non-profit organization, is actively seeking acontract to hire Leave Administrator to join their team! We arelooking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable professional whocan confidently manage leave administration processes and jumpright in.
About You:
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred for this role3 years of experience in leave administration, benefits or humanresources Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, OSHA, COBRA, and Workers’Compensation laws Proficiency in HRIS systems, proficency in ADPpreferred Excellent customer service and problem-solving skillsHigh level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentialityStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiplepriorities
The Job:
Oversee and process employee leave programs,including FMLA, non-FMLA, ADA accommodations, short-term/long-termdisability, parental leave, and more Manage ADA accommodations,ensuring a smooth interactive process with employees and managersMaintain timely communication with employees on leave to facilitatea smooth return-to-work process Work cross-functionally withPayroll and Fiscal departments to coordinate leave and absenceprocesses Support benefits administration as needed, includingmedical/dental enrollments and qualifying life events ManageWorkers’ Compensation cases and OSHA logs Maintain accurate recordsin HRIS and ensure compliance with applicable laws Conduct periodicaudits to verify enrollments, changes, and terminations Thiscontract to hire opportunity will work on a hybrid schedulefollowing training of three days in the Philadelphia office and twodays from home.
