Contracts Manager 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Export, PA 15632 We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team in Export, Pennsylvania. This is a long-term contract position ideal for a detail-oriented individual with expertise in managing various types of contracts and agreements. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing and streamlining contractual processes, ensuring compliance, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
Contracts Manager’s Responsibilities:
Manage the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial contracts, supplier agreements, and amendments. Ensure all contracts meet compliance requirements for federal government standards and organizational policies. Conduct audits to monitor contractual obligations and identify areas for improvement. Oversee claim administration and billing functions to support financial accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams to align business systems with contractual needs and operations. Support clinical trial operations by managing associated agreements and documentation. Utilize tools such as Adobe Acrobat and Avaya CMS to facilitate contract management processes. Develop and implement strategies for optimizing supplier agreements and vendor relationships. Create and manage banner advertisements as part of contractual marketing obligations. Provide regular reports on contract performance and address any discrepancies proactively. What we’re looking for: Proven experience in contract management, including commercial and federal government contracts. Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Avaya CMS, and other business systems. Strong knowledge of claim administration, billing functions, and auditing processes. Familiarity with supplier agreements and clinical trial operations. Ability to draft, review, and negotiate amendments effectively. Excellent analytical skills to assess contract performance and compliance. Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
