North Charleston, SC As a Facilities Analyst, you will:

Weare looking for a Senior Contract Maintenance Analyst (FacilitiesManagement) who will play a pivotal role in overseeing andoptimizing maintenance contracts within the Facilities Managementdepartment.

This CMA position requires a deep understanding ofcontract management, maintenance operations, and facilitiesmanagement best practices.

The ideal candidate will be responsiblefor ensuring that all maintenance activities are executedefficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with companypolicies and industry regulations.

Position ResponsibilitiesContract Management:

Develop, negotiate, and manage maintenancecontracts with external vendors and service providers.

Ensurecompliance with contractual obligations and performancemetrics.

Work within a governance framework to monitor performance,incorporate contract changes, and escalate issues.

Conduct regularreviews and audits of contracts to identify areas for improvementand cost savings. Vendor /

Supplier Management:

Build an ongoingculture of acceptance and alignment to the Supplier integrationprogram across Buyer sites.

Manage and coordinate facility servicesnot related to the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM)SOS.Utilize KPIs, CPIs and SLAs to ensure Supplierperformance.

Ensure Scope of Services adherence.

Providecommunication and support between Buyer functions and Supplier asrequired (EHS, Security, IT, etc.).Generate PRs for payment ofinvoices.

Ensure that Suppliers are aware of the existence of anynon-obvious site hazards unique to site operations that may pose asignificant safety risk associated with the Suppliersperformance.

Lead as the prime interface between Buyer and Supplierfor day-to-day activities.

Maintenance Oversight:

Collaborate withmaintenance teams to develop and implement preventive maintenanceprograms.

Monitor maintenance activities to ensure timely completionand adherence to quality standards.

Analyze maintenance data toidentify trends, issues, and opportunities for processimprovements.

Budgeting and Cost Control:

Assist in the developmentand management of the facilities maintenance budget.

Accountable forannual spend and LRBP forecasting.

Track and report on maintenanceexpenditures, ensuring alignment with budgetaryconstraints.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and implementstrategies to reduce maintenance costs.

StakeholderCollaboration:

Work closely with internal stakeholders, includingengineering, operations, and safety teams, to ensure alignment onmaintenance strategies and objectives.

Serve as the primary point ofcontact for maintenance-related inquiries and issues.

Provide statuson work performed to business partner(s) and solicit feedback onIFM performance.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare and present regularreports on maintenance performance, contract compliance, and budgetstatus to senior management.

Utilize data analytics to drivedecision-making and improve maintenance processes.

ProjectManagement:

Develop, resources, and execute on smaller projects thatmay not fall into vendor or supplier scope.

Apply standard projectmanagement practices and methodology to deliver on initiative.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay current with industry trends,technologies, and best practices in facilities management andmaintenance.

Lead initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency andeffectiveness through process improvements and technologyintegration. Basic Qualifications5+ years of experience in contractmanagement and facilities maintenance, with a focus on analyticalroles.5+ years project management experience (specifically leadingfacilities related projects).5+ years of experience in managingvendor relationships. Preferred QualificationsProficiency incontract management software and maintenance management systems.

Specific knowledge and experience using the Corrigo IFM platform aplus.

In-depth industry knowledge of regulations, safety standards,and best practices in facilities management and maintenanceoperations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with theability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability tointerpret complex data and make informed decisions.

Experience andknowledge pertain to long-range business planning and financialforecasting.

Experience in the aerospace industry or working for anindustrial company preferred.

Certifications such as CertifiedFacility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP)are highly desirable. Education Bachelors degree in FacilitiesManagement, Business Administration, Engineering, or a relatedfield preferred. Qualified candidates should
