We are in growth mode, and it is an exciting time to be a contributing member to a team that maintains the SC Enterprise Information System (SCEIS)! SCEIS is the backbone of our business processes and ultimately empowers decision makers to improve government for the citizens. These roles are responsible for the day-to-day activities associated with the business relationship management function of Admin’s Division of Enterprise Applications. Responsible for coordinating the collection, analysis and documentation of business requirements for agency customers. Business Relationship Manager:

Establish relationships with agency partners so that business process requirements align with proposed solution and strategic direction. Understand the concerns, needs, and expectations of different stakeholder groups and work to address them. Participate in externally facilitated meetings of statewide stakeholder groups. Manage the process of identifying and communicating high-level business requirements for the identification, design, and implementation of business solutions. Act on behalf of customers to advance key projects and engage resources to ensure accurate and timely responses to requests. Assist in the management and facilitation of SCEIS user groups. Coordinate the agenda and logistics for all meetings. Assist in Organizational Change Management (OCM) planning and execution. Use the OCM Center of Excellence templates to develop and manage plans for change initiatives. Executes change management strategies and reports progress to leadership. Minimum and Additional Requirements A bachelor’s degree in communications, business administration, computer science, management information science or a related field and three (3) years of hands-on experience with information technology systems and administration, including but not limited to project planning, customer support, technology support and oversight for organizational processes. Relevant experience may substitute for the bachelor’s degree on a year for year basis.
