POSITION SUMMARY

Colite Technologies delivers a portfolio of environmentally friendly solutions supporting corporate sustainability goals and objectives. The portfolio includes turnkey commercial solar systems, solar-wind-storage renewable hybrid power systems for various off-grid and grid-tied applications, and LED retrofits for indoor and outdoor commercial/industrial lighting. Colite Technologies is seeking a Proposal Manager to support the rapid growth of the business. This position will support sales related activities from customer contact through to project commencement within the Operations Department.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare estimate snapshots and budgeting calculators for each project as required. Enter signed snapshots into ERP System to prepare full quotes. Prepare budgetary communications and/or full proposals as required. Complete and submit handoff documentation from sales department to project management department. Support any phases of the project execution process as required. Prepare site layout documents for proper engineering plan sets. Use modeling software and third-party proprietary software to estimate project bill of materials. Support grant applications (USDA

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION & DETAILS

Bachelor’s degree in project management, environmental science, renewable engineering, or related field from a recognized institution (proof will be requested) Excellent analytical skills Strong command of Microsoft Office suite of products Ability to pick up additional computer skills leveraging various software platforms Strong work ethic with self-starting approach to work Strong work ethic with self-starting approach to work
