This Role:
This role exists to streamline operations and remove administrative roadblocks so the Ramsey Education curriculum can reach more students. The person in this role manages contracts and legal documents, works closely with the legal team, supports vendor and state education agreements, and keeps internal policy records up to date. They also assist the team with bids, forms, and finance-related tasks like NetSuite support, all while identifying ways to improve internal processes and helping the department stay ahead of schedule on administrative needs. Match If:
You have 2-4 years of experience in administrative operations, contract coordination, or supporting teams in the education sector. You’ve worked with contracts and legal documents, including vendor forms, bids, and agreements, and know how to complete them accurately. You communicate clearly, work well with others, and thrive in a collaborative environment. You’re comfortable using digital tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office products; experience with NetSuite and A/R processes is a plus.
