Job Summary and Qualifications As a Contract Administrator you will be responsible for the analysis, administration, maintenance and preparation for all Strategic Sourcing agreements (S2s), Custom agreements and Local agreements across all HealthTrust contract portfolios. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the agreements support member compliance, member visibility and member purchase order/invoice accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate amendments to existing agreements for price changes, product adds/deletes/changes, extensions and facility updates working with Vendors, Members and Internal Teams to process requests timely and accurately for S2s, Custom and Local agreements across all HealthTrust portfolios Evaluate vendor price files by analyzing, researching and correcting the information to ensure that all fields are properly completed for accurate loading of pricing. Information verified in the vendor price file for data integrity includes contract number, vendor number, effective/expiration dates and tiers. Initiate agreements in the Contract Lifecycle Management tool for appropriate approvals and documentation through the system insuring accuracy of the data entered as it drives downstream systems and member visibility. Upon receipt of S2s and Custom agreements, perform a compare of the completed template to the legal approved template. If there are variations in legal language from the standard template for S2s and Customs, Contract Administration will work with legal for approval or rejection of the document. Initiate agreement for signature approval from vendor, member and HealthTrust Work with the Legal Team to assist in preparation and review of any and all legal requests Manage the onboarding of new member’s S2s, Customs and Local agreements by participating in implementation meetings Manage member visibility utilizing the Pricing and Eligibility system Liaison between Member Services Department, Legal and Vendors in regard to any member/vendor issues Monitor department email box and address any issues Proactively manage contract expiration dates for S2s, Custom and Local agreements and coordinate extension/renewal amendments with Member, Vendor and HealthTrust Maintain an audit file for each contract
Requirements:
Associate or bachelor’s degree, required. Work experience may be considered in place of degree. 3 years of related experience analyzing and interpreting contracts, required.
