The contract coordinator maintains contractual records and documents for license agreements. This role works directly with the sales leadership team and is responsible for researching and obtaining documents and files used by CCA attorneys. The contract coordinator works to make license and contract changes, and to prepare reports and other documents for license and contract agreements. This role must be able evaluate revision requests and revise agreements when needed. We are looking for someone who can monitor the progress of the licensing process through execution as well as assist in our procurement process and contract monitoring for all aspects of the Music City Center facility, including parking, digital advertising, etc.
Requirements:
Minimum experience as a paralegal is desired, licensed attorney in state of Tennessee is preferred. One to three years of relevant experience is required.
