Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for administering contracts and supporting administrative functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and a working knowledge of basic accounting principles. Key Responsibilities Review subcontracts for pertinent details, accuracy and compliance Review and coordinate contract-related information requests Manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs), preliminary notices, liens, and related documentation Support project managers and field teams with contract-related documentation Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence Process purchase orders and AR collections Maintain contract logs and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible Manage customer portals Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in construction contract administration or a similar role Familiarity with construction industry practices and terminology Strong administrative and organizational skills Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Basic accounting experience or coursework is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and accuracy Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and have a satisfactory motor vehicle record Preferred Qualifications Experience working in water treatment or related industries Notary public certificate is a plus Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with company match Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for professional growth and development Clear Creek Systems is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
